Itineraries For Walt Disney World: Disney’s Animal Kingdom

The author & her family arriving at Disney's Animal Kingdom

If you love animals you and your family will love Disney's Animal Kingdom. This place is part zoo and part amusement park, but it is all fun!

Start off the day with going to Dinoland U.S.A for the ride Dinosaur. This ride is a great ride for people who like/love dinosaurs. Be cautious for some jump-scares but this is still a great ride.

Next go to Chester & Hester’s Dino-Rama for some fun unexpected drops and turns while spinning.

Head over to Asia for Kali River Rapids. Note that you will get wet, but it feels nice on a hot Florida day.

Expedition Everest, the coolest ride in all of the Walt Disney World parks according to the author.
Be sure to go to Expedition Everest. This is a great ride for the thrill seekers like me. P.S. this is my favorite ride at Walt Disney World!

Finding Nemo: The Musical was a fantastic show!

Take time to watch Finding Nemo: The Musical. It's like seeing a mini Broadway musical. My family and I loved it!

Make your Fastpass for Kilimanjaro Safaris in Africa to see all the animals. My grandparents have been on safari in Africa twice, but they said this was a really great tour for being in Florida!

Definitely go to Festival of the Lion King. This is a show. With The Lion King movie out this summer, it's a classic show to enjoy while at Disney's Animal Kingdom.

Then head over to The Tree Of Life for It’s Tough To Be A Bug! This program gave my mom and me the creeps, but it was informative and funny.

Head over to Pandora-The World Of Avatar for Avatar Flight Of Passage and Na’vi River Journey. Note: get a Fastpass for both of these rides. They are very popular but that's because they are really very cool!

End the night with Let There Be...Night Light! for a great night show.

Thank you for joining me all summer as I wrote about different World Disney World itineraries.
